Even though supply-chain disruptions have made it tricky for everyone to find new bikes this year, we’ve been busy building up one of the best rental fleets in town. And our selection will only be getting better in the future.   • Do you rent helmets?
    Yes, all bike rentals include a helmet.
  • Where are you located?

  • Do you offer multi-day rentals?
    We offer multi-day rentals for all of our bikes.
  • Do you offer insurance?
    Yes. $15 insurance is offered for hardtail, road, & hybrid bikes. $25 insurance is offered for ebikes, & full suspension bikes. Insurance covers the cost of the labor & provides reduced pricing on parts. Loss of bike will result in full retail price.
  • When can I pick up and drop off my rental?
    Rental pick up and drop off depends on how long you rent with us. 24-hour and multi-day rentals can be picked up anytime starting at open and must be returned in the following 24 hours or however many days you choose to rent later.
  • Can I apply credits from my rental to purchase a new bike.
    Yes. Up to $270 of demo/rental credit may be applied towards current season bikes and must be redeemed within 30 days of the latest demo/rental. Credit is not applicable to prior model years or used/demo bikes. Credit is applicable in-store only, excludes online sales.

  • Why is there a resort fee at evo Snoqualmie Pass?
    To offset the added costs of operating at a mountain resort location, we charge a 5.25% resort fee for purchases made at evo Snoqualmie Pass. This fee applies to all rentals, services, and retail sales. Please note that the resort fee does not apply to purchases made through order pickup. By charging this resort fee, we are able to keep our pricing consistent at all evo locations, while still accounting for the additional expenses of operating at Snoqualmie Pass.
