The Aesmo Zsigmondy 139 OG Pow Surfer is Dogtown meets Pow Town. Short, agile, and with a sintered base for proper downhill gliding, the Zsigmondy is a beast with adrenaline intentions. A CNC-machined 3D-profiled core with hyper channel shaping gives a turns-on-a-dime feel to this pow surfer shorty, kind of like how it feels to kick and push your way to glory on asphalt but without the roadkill to distract you. Now you just need it to start dumping so you can show off for the squad.

Hyper Channel – The channel, a concept taken from surfing, was adapted and reinvented for the best bindingless performance. The flat surface area in the middle of the board makes for great stability and lift in powder. The channels allow the board to tilt on each side and dig in an edge which gives the board control in turns, to traverse and for jumps. They act much like a fin in a surfboard. But rather than being placed at the tail end, the channels run in the middle of the board in between your feet.It enables you to draw the line you want and let you navigate the board even on slopes to reach your next powder run.

Powder Powder snowboards love powder. Often associated with freeride snowboards, powder boards sometimes feature a wider nose and a tapered narrower tail. The binding inserts, which determine the rider's stance, are often set back on a powder snowboard to help the rider float the tip of the board through the deep stuff. Powder snowboards sometimes also feature rocker, a design element where the tip (and tail) rise starts farther back on the board, which also helps the rider maintain tip float through the pow.

Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers' number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff.
