New This Year:

For those taking their first steps into the world of snowboarding, 2024 introduces an enhanced focus on user-friendliness and comfort in boot design. The trend is highlighted by the integration of the "ease of use" BOA system, tailored especially for beginners. This innovative lacing mechanism simplifies the process of achieving a secure and comfortable fit, allowing newcomers to spend less time adjusting and more time enjoying the slopes. As the industry recognizes the importance of a positive initial experience, these advancements in boot technology ensure that beginners have a smooth and enjoyable introduction to the sport. For those looking to further refine their choices, understanding how to choose the right snowboard boots can make all the difference in their journey.

Landon Harmon

Hey there! My name’s Landon Harmon, and I’m a Data Specialist at evo who assists our buyers for snowboards and snow accessories. I’m originally from Bellingham WA and had the privilege of growing up riding at Mt. Baker. I couldn’t get enough and taught snowboarding up there for 7 seasons, after which I moved to Seattle in 2015. I started working at evo that year in Customer Care and avoided the crowds by riding Stevens Pass on weekdays. There I gained more knowledge of the retail side of the industry and had my eyes set on the Merchandising team. I now get to work closely with what we are selling and support two amazing categories in our business. I recently moved to Portland and love getting to explore new mountains and take advantage of the longer season that Mt. Hood offers.
