Like its refined namesake, the Santa Cruz Bicycles Highball 3 C S Complete Mountain Bike is known for being smoother than the rest. How can a hardtail be smooth? Well, along with the vibration damping qualities of carbon fiber, this quick hardtail has a small diameter seat tube that flexes enough to soften the trail's bumps and bruises. It's a chatter-free ride that'll have you seeing more trail than you thought possible, especially on what looks - at first glance - like an XC racer. This one's definitely a pedaler, but it has the fun-loving genes of a Santa Cruz so it's more than happy to spend a day adventuring.
