When the K2 Mindbender 108Ti Skis arrived on the scene, they assumed a place of authority in the expert mid-fat category in just a few short months. All it took were a few test rides and some excited chatter among the throng. Needless to say, the hype is real and they got this one right, combining a huge dose of stability under fire, power-packed edgehold, and a versatile shape that responds to a wide range of skier input. The shape of the 108Ti, together with the Titanal Y-Beam and oversized ABS Powerwalls, just WORKS, and this ski is a big reason for K2's sudden re-emergence as a performance leader in the industry.
All-Terrain Rocker – Skis with All-Terrain rocker have a gradual rise to the tip for great versatility in all conditions, with a short, low rise in the tail for added control variable snow.
Fir / Aspen Core – Fir for power and impact resistance, with lighter weight Aspen for a lively energetic feel.
Ti Y-Beam – K2’s Ti Y-Beam delivers precision in the forebody of the ski, power under foot and stability in the tail, all while maintaining the maneuverability and drift control needed for freeride ripping. Precision cut Titanal in a ‘Y’ shape alters the torsional stiffness of the ski while maintaining a balanced, even flex pattern that delivers power in a controlled manner throughout the length of the ski.
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.

The Salomon Warden MNC 13 Ski Bindings have seen a dramatic uptick in popularity as more and more of the best skiers in the world gravitate away from established runs at the ski area and head into sidecountry and backcountry zones, often with touring boots on their feet. The MNC capability of the Warden 13 makes it ideal for this sort of use (as they can be re-adjusted at the toe to accommodate an ISO 5355 alpine sole). What's more, the Warden MNC retains the proven, easy and reassuring step-in consistency and durability that has made it a winner in the first place. Don't let a new do-it-all, touring-capable alpine boot restrict your ability to ski your favorite in-bounds rigs, mount 'em up with the Salomon Warden MNC Ski Bindings and keep the party rockin'!
