Product Info

The WNDR Alpine Reason 120 Reverse Camber Skis have reason enough to exist - light but not too light design, fully climate-conscious construction featuring resins and foams made from algal byproduct, and yes, those bottomless days when the resort is a zoo and you need to burn some calories to reach the perfect untracked line. WNDR's widest ski is still relatively light for its girth, and the reverse camber version is as playful as you like while still solid on edge. Don't wait until the storm of the year is forecast on TV to get these, you'll never get them mounted up in time.

Rocker Type

Asymmetric Powder Rocker with Reverse CamberLong and gradual tip rocker, reverse camber, and reduced tail rocker

Camber or Reverse Camber?Camber refers to the gap you see when you place a pair of skis together base to base. If you see a small gap, the ski is cambered; if there is no gap it is reverse combered or fully rockered. WNDR Alpine makes each of its models in either shape. Generally, the cambered versions will perform better on harder snow (i.e. groomers) with more pop as you finish the turn and tend to be preferred by those who plan to ski both in and out of bounds on the ski. Generally a reverse camber model provides a surfier ride with easier pivoting in challenging snow and may be preferred for pure backcountry conditions. Your personal preference may vary - there are plenty of people who prefer a cambered ski for touring or a fully rockered ski for on piste skiing.
