The Nemo Astro Lite Wide Sleeping Pad is an ounce-counting ultra-light backpackers dream. At just 17 ounces, you're not going to find many wide inflatable sleeping pads lighter than that. It comes in just a bit heavier and with an added five inches of width and four inches of height in comparison to the regular size. As a result of its ultalightness, it's obviously somewhat bare bones and not suited for cold weather camping. But in its element, it shines. The Astro Lite is 3.5 inches thick, provides plenty of comfort from the stony ground, and comes with a pump sack for easy inflation. Of course, it folds up teeny tiny and weighs just a little bit more than no sleeping pad at all.
