Purchase your $400 per person waitlist deposit towards a group evoTrip or private Niseko evoTrip (or, if you’re currently open to either please mention so in the notes of your order). This waitlist deposit will go towards the cost of the trip, should you book one. In addition to a confirmation email that your waitlist deposit has been paid, we’ll email you twice: once, to notify you three days before the early access launch so you know which dates to expect, and second, the day of early access launch, giving you the green light to start perusing the trips and making your selection.

No sweat! Your $400 deposit is entirely refundable as long as you haven’t already booked your trip. If you placed deposit and do not end up seeing an option that works for you, just email [email protected] and submit a request in writing. We will process your $400 refund for you. You are also welcome to transfer it toward the cost of another trip, if you prefer.

GROUP TRIPS: Your $400 deposit is refundable until you confirm your trip with the additional $600 per person deposit. Once the complete $1,000 per person deposit is taken to confirm your spot on a trip, it becomes non-refundable. PRIVATE TRIPS: Once you accept your quote and pay the 20% of trip cost deposit to confirm your trip package, that deposit becomes non-refundable.

Our evoTrip Japan group departures have sold out the past 2 seasons since Japan reopened. Purchasing a waitlist deposit will allow you to be notified of available trip dates for the 2025 winter season in Japan before evoTrip opens spots to the general public. This will give you the best chance at booking the trip of your preference. For private trips, an evoTrip representative will reach out to you once rates and availability is ready for the 24/25 season and give you a chance to choose your preferred dates before we open private bookings to the general public.

GROUP TRIPS: Once trip dates are released and early-access booking is available, you can finalize your booking by placing an additional $600 per person deposit on the trip of your choice ($1000 total deposit). This will confirm your spot. Remaining trip balances will be due 60 days prior to your chosen departure. You can also book by purchasing the trip at full cost, and receive have your deposit payment refunded. PRIVATE NISEKO TRIPS: You will receive communication from evoTrip when Private trips are ready to book and they will work with you to create and tailor the perfect package for your group. Once you have accepted a quote, 20% of the trip cost is due within 5 days. Remaining balances will be collected 70 days prior to trip start date.

This waitlist deposit can be used for group or private evoTrip Japan trip packages. Group trips run January through February, and are available in Hakuba, Myoko, Furano and Niseko.
