Please be aware that returns processing times are longer than normal during the busy post holiday season.  Please allow about 3 weeks for refunds on returned items.  We are working as fast as we can to bring these time down and greatly appreciate your patience.

We all could use an extra day. Every item we sell is covered by our 366 day return policy. If your new, unused* item doesn’t work out, you have 366 days to return it. Simple.

*All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Returning from Outside the US

We do not accept items after they have been used, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements. Warranty Policy

Exchange Policy:
If you decide you want a different size, color, or style, please set up a return for a refund as outlined above and place a new order. Placing a new order now will expedite the arrival of your new item, and help to ensure it won't go out of stock. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
