Volcan de Acatenango

The third highest volcano in Central America, Acatenango, towers over the town of Antigua at 13,000 ft. The volcano has two peaks Pico Mayor and Yepocapa, the neighboring Volcán de Fuego, or Volcano of Fire, combines the three peaks into the Tres Hermanas or Three Sisters. On this trip, we will ride near the base of this impressive volcano and the surrounding Lake Atitlan.
